Each market is evaluated on multiple criteria:
- Volume threshold — Only markets with $10,000+ in trading volume are considered, ensuring sufficient liquidity for entry and exit
- Tier classification — Markets are categorized into three tiers based on event type:
- Tier 1 (Purple): Political and sentiment-driven events — these have the highest inefficiency potential
- Tier 2 (Cyan): Technology and economic indicators — data-driven with quantifiable signals
- Tier 3 (Orange): Weather and sports — high-frequency events with rapid resolution
- Liquidity analysis — Bid-ask spreads and order book depth determine whether a position can be sized efficiently
- Time-to-resolution — Markets closer to their resolution date receive priority scoring
